Tonight we went for something completely different:
As a starter, we had baked camembert with crackers.
As a main course, we had baked salmon with lemon, dill, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil. To go with that, some standard Betty Crocker Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
So we know you’re eating well ;), but how’s the move to Sweden coming along? :)
How’s life with MySQL? Anything interesting in the works?
I cook almost the same dish only with butter instead of olive oil. It seems to absorb into the fish better without the slight grease texture that comes from oil.
Thats a great recipe for salmon. I usually like to cook my salmon in lemon juice or smoke it.
